Our Process

Initial Contact
Fill out a contact form to request a travel nanny.
There is a $300 registration fee the first time you schedule a nanny.
A work agreement will be signed by both parties.

Request Dates
You can call, text, or email me to request a nanny for the dates and times needed.

Confirmation
Once I find a nanny that fits your needs, I will give her information about your family. If this is her first time working with you she will reach out to introduce herself.
Once your nanny is confirmed you will receive an invoice to pay the 50% retainer fee; the remainder will be due at the completion of her job.

Sara was our full-time nanny for our twin boys from the age of 2 until they went to school full time. One Child
$33/hour + $150 nightly rate
Price per hour for one child. Add an additional $2/hour/child. $150 nightly rate is paid each night the nanny is away from home. All travel expenses will be paid for by the family. A separate room will be provided to the nanny. If the nanny is required to share a room with the child, nanny will be paid hourly. Hourly and nightly rate is paid to the agency, as well as a $35/day booking fee.
