    We’ll start by having a conversation to discuss your specific childcare needs, preferences, and desired schedule.

    A $1500 search fee will be due to initiate the search, which will go towards your overall placement fee.

    Once the fee is received, we will provide you with a questionnaire to gather detailed information about your family, your child’s needs, and your specific expectations.

  • Start the Search

    We’ll use the information gathered in the questionnaire to create a compelling job listing.

    We’ll start actively interviewing qualified nannies for the position.

    Our rigorous selection process ensures that only the most qualified and compatible candidates are considered. We take pride in identifying nannies who possess the necessary skills, experience, and qualities that align with your expectations.

    We’ll select the top candidates and send you their profiles to choose who you would like to interview.

  • Interviews and Make an Offer

    Based on the profiles we’ve sent you, you’ll chose which nannies you’d like to meet for an interview.

    We’ll facilitate the interview process for you by scheduling each interview on your behalf.

    Once you’ve identified your ideal nanny, it’s time to make an offer!

    We’ll work with you to create an offer that is competitive and fair and ensure both parties reach a beneficial agreement.

    We’ll help you create a comprehensive work agreement to ensure clarity and mutual understanding between the family and the chosen nanny.

  • Peace of mind

    At the time of signing the work agreement, the remainder of the placement fee will be due.

    As part of the final step in our placement process, we facilitate a seamless transition by partnering with a nanny payroll company to provide easy payroll setup and ensure smooth management of your nanny’s payroll and tax obligations.

    Once the work agreement has been signed, you can experience piece of mind, knowing that you have secured an exceptional nanny for your family.

  • Our nanny placement service involves a placement fee based on the type of nanny you are seeking. For full-time nanny placements, there is a one-time fee 16% of the nanny's annual wage (based on 52 weeks), due upon signing the work agreement.

    If you are looking to place a part-time nanny, the fee is 25% of their annual wage.

    Minumum fee: $3,000

    This fee covers the comprehensive range of services we provide, including personalized matching, thorough vetting, extensive interviews, a custom work agreement created by a local attorney, ongoing support throughout and beyond the placement process, as well as a 1-year membership to the International Nanny Association for your nanny to have free access to continuing education.
